Lifestyle/Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is the largest factor and biggest influence in physical development. Long-term training depends upon a solid base of nutritional support. Coach Rami offers one on one lifestyle and nutritional coaching. This coaching consists of face-to-face meetings where you will review your current lifestyle, challenges, current state of nutrition, goals and support. He will break down your nutritional needs and provide education and guidance on how to meet your goals. A personal assessment will allow him to cater a specific macro plan to you. Not sure what macros are, he can explain them to you and how they play an integral role in our daily lives, workouts and overall health!  

  • Complimentary 30-minute consultation
  • $150/month
  • 3 month commitment required

Personal Training

Personal Training is a private, customized, one-on-one session with one of our Coaches. If you have a particular skill, lift or fitness goals you would like to work towards, Personal Training (PT) is available. We offer PT in 30- and 60-minute sessions. Before starting PT with a Coach, you would have a private meeting with them to discuss goals and how through PT, those goals will be met. Scheduling PT sessions is done directly between the Coach and client and sessions must be done outside of our normal CrossFit class schedule. 

  • 30 Minute Session – $50
  • 60 Minute Session – $100

InBody Scans 

The InBody H20N body composition analyzer breaks down your overall weight into the following: skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, BMI, body fat percentage and provides your Basal Metabolic Rate. 

Measuring your body fat percentage allows you to gauge your health better, helping to motivate and achieve your fitness goals. 

InBody also connects with the InBody app so that you can easily track your progress. The InBody App provides your body composition change report. Your InBody score is shown in the graph. Pay attention to the changes in your body. You can download InBody App in Google Play Store or App Store. 

  • Unlimited members receive one free scan a month 
  • All other members pay $10 per scan
