Healthy nutrition is essential to weight management, fitness, and longevity. We offer private nutrition coaching with experienced coaches.
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. We recommend basing your diet on lean proteins, garden vegetables (especially greens), nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar.
