CROSSFIT

Are you ready to get your sweat on and have some fun while doing it?! CrossFit HCP offers daily workouts that use compound, full body movements. These workouts are fun, challenging, intense and can be scaled to all ages and experience levels. CrossFit HCP doesn’t use expensive machines that isolate each muscle, which creates uneven muscle balance. The typical gym caters to the bodybuilder who typically lifts by individual body part and has no functionality in what life can throw at you. We cater to YOU by focusing on GPP – General Physical Preparedness – which means we prepare you for living your BEST life. CrossFit HCP provides individuals the opportunity to meet and exceed their personal goals. Whether it is to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or regain agility and balance, you can do all of this while becoming part of a strong and supportive community!

Group classes that consist of a dynamic warm-up, a strength and/or skill, and the daily WOD (workout of the day). Each WOD can be modified and/or scaled to meet the needs and experience of the member.

ON RAMP ONE ON ONE

New to CrossFit? Because safety and technique are so important, and we want you to be educated and prepared before jumping into our CrossFit group classes, we suggest new members* take part in an On Ramp One on One session. During these sessions, our members will learn the methodology of CrossFit, its purpose and intent. We will review nutritional guidelines and teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit. These sessions will also have a warm-up, daily workout and cool-down stretching period. The movements to be taught include, but are not limited to:

  • Squat (air, front, back and overhead)
  • Clean, Snatch and Clean & Jerk
  • Sit-ups and Back Extensions
  • Pull-ups (strict, kipping and butterfly)
  • Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk

*On Ramp is suggested for those with less than 3 months’ CrossFit experience.

ON RAMP PRIVATE SESSIONS

New to CrossFit? Not ready to get sweaty just yet? Schedule a 30-minute introduction today and find out how Crossfit HCP can help you overcome any hesitation you might be feeling about jumping into CrossFit. If you’ve done CrossFit before, let us take a moment to get to know you and introduce you to the HCP community. You’ll meet with one of our coaches who will take the time to get to know you, your health and fitness goals and introduce you to what CrossFit HCP is all about. You’ll discuss your health and fitness history, experience, goals and learn how CrossFit HCP can best assist you in meeting your health and fitness needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING

If you’re looking for one on one attention, more accountability or just need more flexibility with your schedule, then consider our 30 or 60-minute personal training options. Each new personal training session starts with goal setting and, if relevant to your goals, baseline measurements. Our coaches have years of experience and hold specialized certifications, such as the USAW Certification (USA Weightlifting), have an eye for technique and are expert motivators. Personalized one on one training, 30 or 60 minutes available. These sessions are customized to you based on your health and fitness needs and goals. Packages are also available.
